Anti-Israel protests have been held around the world as the Tel Aviv regime presses ahead with its deadly aerial and ground assaults on the besieged Gaza Strip.

On Friday, Egyptian protesters denounced Israeli atrocities against Palestinians in Gaza. The demonstrators called on Egyptian authorities to ease the restrictions on the victims of the Israeli bombardments. Egypt keeps the Rafah border crossing in Gaza closed, while Israel has put the sliver under siege since 2007.

In Jordan, thousands of people took to the streets of the capital, Amman, to express solidarity with the people of Gaza. The protesters chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas that controls Gaza.

Anti-Israel demonstrations have also been staged in Romania, Italy, Afghanistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and several other countries.

Meanwhile, violent protests broke out in Indian-administered Kashmir, where thousands took to the streets after Friday prayers to voice anger at Israel’s attacks.

Israeli warplanes have been carrying out incessant airstrikes on Gaza since July 8. On Thursday, thousands of Israeli soldiers also launched a ground invasion into the densely-populated Palestinian territory.

Nearly 310 people have been killed in the latest round of Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.
