This year die-hard Elvis Presley fans and America will watch the grand opening of a new facility at Elvis Presley’s Graceland. The King of Rock and Roll’s estate is currently undergoing construction of a $70 million, 450-room hotel called The Guest House at Graceland.

“The project was built with one thing in mind, ‘What would Elvis want?’” says Joel Weinshanker, Managing Partner of Graceland LLC.

He added,“The Guest House will bring guests closer to Graceland than ever before and offer the same warmth and southern hospitality that Elvis was known and loved for.”

The star-studded opening weekend featuring friends and family of Elvis Presley is scheduled for October 27-30, 2016, and are currently taking reservations according to the Graceland website.

Take a look at The Guest House at Graceland:

The full-service hotel will feature the Grecian-style porch found at Graceland, including two restaurants, special events and meeting rooms, and a 464-seat theater for live performances and movies.

Elvis’ ex-wife, Priscilla Presley, is also very involved in the project overseeing many of the designs and plans with Elvis in mind to reflect his taste and character.

The state-of-the-art hotel will reflect the warm hospitality Elvis was known to show his guests when they visited him.

Comfortable and classy.

Priscilla Presley stated,

“When Elvis had friends and family visit Graceland, he would have them stay at a hotel nearby. He would have been thrilled to have had his own hotel where they could stay.

Lisa and I, and our entire family, are excited that visitors from around the world will soon get to experience our unique resort hotel — The Guest House at Graceland.”
